Teen Ministry at FBC Rosemount
The youth ministry at First Baptist is designed to provide a place for teenagers to gather and grow together in the Lord. The ministry is a place of “sharpening” as the teens are taught life principles from the Word of God.
Teens, in our ministry, under the leadership of our youth director, encourage each other to live for God and do right!
Our weekly Teen Time service at 5 PM on Sundays is a gathering which usually includes games, songs, food, fellowship, and a message from the Word of God!
Our teens are involved in youth nights, rallies, outreach, missions trips, youth activities, and camps. These are vital parts of the youth group that help to accomplish the goal of growing young people in Christ.
About our Youth Pastor
Pastor Ryan Borner has worked with youth for many years. His kindness and a sincere love toward young people along with a passion to reach and help people for the Lord is evident in how he serves His Saviour. He has many years of teaching experience in the Christian school. He has served as a Sunday school teacher and has been involved in mentoring, counseling, and coaching. He and his wife, Amanda, have five children.

Children’s Church
Sunday Morning, 11am
First Baptist Church conducts age-appropriate church services especially for children every Sunday morning at 11 a.m. Children are challenged to learn about doing right, obeying authority, and following godly principles. This special service, geared for children, provides a special time for games, singing, puppets, object lessons, skits, missionary stories, verse memorization, and the preaching and teaching of God’s Word.
The Children’s Church ministry is an exciting part of First Baptist, and the atmosphere is enthusiastic, Christ-centered, and well-supervised. These weekly church services for children are geared exactly for them, right at their level, challenging them to be the best they can be for God.
